Processing Time All orders are processed within 3–5 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Locations We ship from two locations: the United States and Hong Kong. Orders will be fulfilled from the warehouse closest to your delivery address to ensure the fastest possible delivery.

Shipping Rates Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.
Customs & Import Duties International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the buyer. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.
Order Tracking Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Lost or Damaged Packages If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at ballettuturomance@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
